README: speak to the real problem — agents can't communicate#16

Before: abstract tagline + technical Quick Start that assumes commitment. After: Opens with the exact problem developers face — "You've deployed multiple agents. They can't share what they know. Your PM agent can't see what your research agent found." Quick Start now shows a concrete scenario (support + inventory + analytics agents) where three existing agents share observations via `sym observe` and any agent can `sym recall` the collective knowledge. The reader sees their problem solved in 30 seconds of reading. Key line: "You don't rewrite your agents. You add one line to each." Opens with the exact pain point. Shows three agents sharing via sym observe in a concrete scenario.
