Ask the Mesh in natural language — no JSON shown to user#18

Conversation
Before: showed sym observe with raw JSON. User has no idea what that is. After: user asks their agent in plain English. The agent's LLM handles decomposition via the SYM skill. Shows the flow as a conversation: 1. "Should we use UUID v7 or keep v4?" (natural language) 2. Mesh figures out who knows something (SVAF per-field, explained simply) 3. "What did the mesh say?" (natural language recall) Key: fitness agent stays silent because SVAF rejected — no wasted tokens. User sees the outcome, not the protocol machinery. User asks in English, agent handles the protocol. Shows the conversation flow, not sym observe JSON.
