update default decisions

* commit 'd4b29de0ae4ace06948496a38161770f053b820c':
  fix: correct hatch build config for src-layout (wheel + editable)
  fix: sync npm package versions to 0.8.1
  fix: include source files in wheel build, bump to 0.8.1
