Description

Updated the UG broken links for the Flutter Tools & Core widgets.

Covered the following cases below:

• Added missing API links for previously undocumented properties.
• Updated User Guide links for APIs with deprecations or breaking changes.
• Corrected spacing and formatting in existing API links.
