feat(ui): add drawer menu

Description

Adds drawer menu from design prototype v54.

• add drawer navigator and custom drawer content
• add global app status in header and drawer
• clean up icons
• refactor AppOnboarded (pull out logic into hooks)
• refactoring around navigators
• clean up ui selectors (don't use createSelector since it's overkill)
