이미 수강한 과목 정보를 입력할 때는 연세포탈의 성적 확인서를 사용합니다.
학사정보시스템 > 성적 > 전체성적조회 > 출력 > 저장출력한 성적 확인서의 모든 텍스트를 드래그 후 복사 붙여넣기 하여 입력할 수 있습니다.
- 들을 과목 입력법
수강 예정인 과목 정보를 입력할 때는 학정코드,강의종류,학점수,성적,추가정보(선택) 형식으로 입력합니다.
인식되는 강의종류는 일반 전기 전선 전필 교직 대교 교기 RC - UICE MB ME CC MR LHP 이며,
입력 가능한 성적 종류는 A+ A0 A- B+ B0 B- C+ C0 C- D+ D0 D- F P NP 입니다.
강의종류와 학점수를 생략하여 자동인식시킬 수 있으나, 항상 작동하는 것은 아닙니다.

일부 과목은 강의종류와 학점수를 입력하지 않음으로써 자동입력 기능을 사용했습니다.
- 특수과목 규칙
인문사회의학 3, 4의 학정코드가 아직 나오지 않은 관계로
이 프로그램에서는 임의로 각각 MED2111, MED2112를 사용합니다.
입력시 이 학정코드를 사용해 주세요.
- 과목 검색법
오른쪽 검색창에서 학정코드 또는 강의 이름을 입력하여 검색할 수 있습니다.
버튼을 눌러 검색 범위를 지정할 수 있습니다.
- 상세정보 확인
F12를 누르면 Console 탭에서 진급요건에 대한 더 자세한 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다.
문자가 아니라 이미지로 출력된 경우입니다.
전체성적조회 > 출력 > save > 저장 경로를 따랐는지 확인하세요.
추가로 문자를 이미지로 표현 옵션을 꺼 놓았는지 확인하세요.
부전공을 이수하고자 하는 학우분들께서는 프로그램에서 기본적으로 인식하는 강의 종류가 올바르지 않을 수도 있습니다.
예를 들어 의학AI융합심화전공의 경우 다음과 같이 입력하면 AIC~ 과목은 기본적으로 대학교양 과목이기에
전공선택 학점 카운트와 부전공 카운트에 들어가지 않습니다.

aic3110,전선,,A0"이미 수강한 과목" 이나 "앞으로 수강할 과목" 입력창에서 강의 종류나 학점수 등의 정보가 잘못 입력되는 경우
사용자가 직접 입력되는 텍스트를 약간 바꿔서 올바르게 재지정시킬 수 있습니다.
첨언하자면 이 프로그램의 인식 알고리즘을 안다면 더 효과적으로 지정할 수 있습니다.
프로그램은 사용자가 입력한 과목을 종류에 따라 두 저장소로 나눠 카운트합니다.
reg1 : "대교" 종류인 과목들만 저장됩니다.
reg0 : 그 외 모든 과목들이 저장됩니다.
일부 중복 카운트 가능한 과목(sta1001 : 통입/필수교양, med2131 : 데싸/의대전필)은 두 저장소 모두에 저장될 수도 있습니다.
reg1의 과목들을 대상으로 6개 분야 과목이 모두 존재할 때, 진급요건 중 하나가 성립됩니다. (어켐과 어바는 따로 카운트합니다)
부전공 요건 체크는 reg0의 과목들을 대상으로 이루어지며, 각 과목은 중복 카운트되지 않습니다.
하지만 일부 부전공은 이수에 특정 대학교양 과목을 요구하고, 대신 다른 대학교양 과목을 더 듣도록 요구합니다.
따라서 이수도 50% 이상의 부전공들에 대해
만약 "reg1에 있는 대학교양 중 하나를 reg0에 옮겼을 때 부전공 이수에 성공하고, 6개 분야 수강 기준도 만족하는 상황" 이라면,
부전공 이수도를 수정하도록 되어 있습니다.
예를 들어, 경제학과 부전공은 이수에 "ECO1001 : 경제학입문/대교"가 필요합니다.
원래대로라면 이 과목은 대학교양 reg1에서 카운트되지만, 다른 대학교양으로 6개 분야를 채우고,
부전공 기준도 만족하는 상황이라면 ECO1001은 reg0으로 들어갑니다. (대신 전공선택 학점수에 포함되진 않습니다)
따라서 일상적인 상황이라면, 사용자가 일일히 대학교양을 분류하면서 부전공 이수요건을 만족하도록 바꿀 필요는 없습니다.다음과 같이 무의미한 코드를 입력하여 전에 입력한 정보를 지울 수 있습니다.

- How to Enter Taken Courses
When entering information on courses you have already taken, please use the Transcript from the Yonsei Portal.
Academic Information System > Grades > View All Grades > Print > Save
You can input all text from the printed grade certificate by dragging, copying, and pasting.
- How to Enter Course Information
When entering information for courses you plan to take, enter it in the format Course Code, Course Type, Credit Count, Grade, Additional Information (Optional)
The recognized course types are General, Electrical, Elective, Required, Teacher Training, University Education, School Technology, RC - UICE, MB, ME, CC, MR, LHP,
and The input grade types are A+, A0, A-, B+, B0, B-, C+, C0, C-, D+, D0, D-, F, P, NP.
You can omit the course type and credit count for automatic recognition, but this does not always work.

For some subjects, the auto-input function was used by not entering the course type and credit count.
- Special Subject Rules
Since the academic codes for Humanities, Social Sciences, and Medicine 3 and 4 have not yet been released,
this program arbitrarily uses MED2111 and MED2112 respectively.
Please use these academic codes when entering data.
- How to Search for Subjects
You can search by entering the academic code or course name in the search box on the right.
You can specify the search range by pressing the button.
- Checking Detailed Information
Press F12 to view more detailed information regarding promotion requirements in the Console tab.
This occurs when the output is displayed as an image rather than text.
Please check if you have followed the path View All Grades > Print > Save > Save
Additionally, please check if the Display text as an image option is turned off.
For students wishing to pursue a minor, the course types recognized by the program by default may be incorrect.
For example, in the case of the Advanced Medical AI Convergence Major, if you enter it as follows, the AIC- courses are fundamentally university general education courses, so
they do not count towards the major elective credits or the minor credits.

Therefore, in this case, you must specify the course type directly as follows:

If information such as the course type or credit count is entered incorrectly in the "Courses Already Taken" or "Courses to Take in the Future" input fields,
the user can correct the information by slightly modifying the text entered directly.
To add to that, if you understand this program's recognition algorithm, you can specify it more effectively.
The program counts the subjects entered by the user by dividing them into two repositories based on their type.
reg1: Only subjects of the "University Liberal Arts" category are stored.
reg0: All other subjects are stored.
Some subjects that can be counted multiple times (sta1001: General Introduction/Essential Liberal Arts, med2131: Data Science/Medical School Required) may be stored in both repositories.
One of the promotion requirements is met when subjects from all six fields exist within reg1. (International College Education and Urban Studies are counted separately.)
Minor requirements are checked based on subjects in reg0, and each subject is not counted multiple times.
However, some minors require specific university liberal arts courses for completion, and in return, require taking additional university liberal arts courses. Therefore, for minors with a completion rate of 50% or higher,
If "moving one of the university general education courses in reg1 to reg0 results in successful completion of the minor and satisfies the course enrollment criteria for 6 fields,"
you are required to modify the minor completion rate.
For example, the Economics minor requires "ECO1001: Introduction to Economics/University General Education" to complete.
Normally, this course would be counted in University General Education reg1; however, if you fill the 6 fields with other university general education courses and
satisfy the minor criteria, ECO1001 is moved to reg0. (However, it is not included in the major elective credit count.)
Therefore, in typical situations, users do not need to manually classify university general education courses and modify them to satisfy the minor completion requirements.
You can delete previously entered information by entering meaningless code as follows.
