need to implement seeking, tracing, evaluation function, initiliasing population (need to be sure to do seeking and tracing with the adapted seeking/tracing) not sure if we will do refining procedure also need to add auxilliary procedures

Changes: 1. Popultation size 2 2. modified selection to select 0 and 1 GA completes after 100 iterations. Error thrown in CSO.
