chore(release): align agent stack

Problem

The package still declared pre-experiment agent-eval and agent-interface contracts.

Solution

Publish 3.0.1 against agent-eval 0.122.1 and agent-interface 0.30.0.

Verification

• pnpm typecheck
• pnpm test: 282 passed, 10 skipped
• pnpm lint: 98 files
• pnpm build
• pnpm verify:package: clean install, five imports, CLI version, and re-pack
