SourceDive Issue Tracking

Latest SourceDive version on the Visual Studio Marketplace

SourceDive logo

Install SourceDive from the Visual Studio Marketplace.

Install SourceDive from Open VSX for VSCodium and other VS Code-compatible editors.

This repository is the issue tracker for SourceDive. It contains reporting forms and support information only; SourceDive source code is not hosted here.

What To Report

  • Reproducible extension defects
  • Indexing, navigation, or visualization problems
  • Cross-platform compatibility issues
  • Documentation corrections
  • Focused feature requests

Use the matching issue form so reports contain the information needed to reproduce and triage the problem.

Before Opening An Issue

  1. Confirm the problem still occurs with the latest installed SourceDive version.
  2. Reload VS Code and retry from a fresh SourceDive database when the problem concerns indexing.
  3. Record your operating system, VS Code version, SourceDive version, workspace languages, and approximate workspace size.
  4. Reduce the reproduction to the smallest safe example you can share.

Do not attach proprietary source code, credentials, tokens, private repository URLs, or unreviewed database files. Redact logs before uploading them.

Security Reports

Do not place exploit details or sensitive security information in a normal issue. Request a private contact path from the maintainer without including vulnerability details.
