This PR adds the database for 'Al-Mukhtasar fi Al-Tafsir' (المختصر في التفسير) to the application. - Added mukhtasar.db to the database/tafaseer/ directory. - Registered the new Tafsir in core_functions/tafaseer.py. - The dataset was obtained from Hugging Face and parsed using a GLM model to match the Albayan format. - Added attribution to the Tafsir Center for Quranic Studies in how to use.txt.
