Bumps `@slack/web-api` `^6.11.2` → `^7.18.0` in `packages/autonav` (only declaration site). Installed 7.18.0.
WebClient 6→7 notes: Node floor is now >=18 (repo runs Node 25, fine). All methods used in the Slack plugin (`auth.test`, `conversations.info`/`history`, `chat.postMessage`/`update`, `reactions.add`) are type-compatible under v7 — no source changes required.
