Fix tech SEO issues: sitemap cleanup and broken link fixes (DOC-2396)
* Add folder-structure-for-test-data-profiles to sitemap (DOC-2397) The page was missing from sitemap.xml despite the file existing and all related TDP pages (create, update, add-values) being present.
