Apple handshakes updates

This PR adds a couple of new MacOS handshakes of OS 26.4.

• macOS 26.4 / Safari
• iOS 26.4 / Safari (to do)
• iPadOS 26.4 / Safari (to do)

Also it consolidates handshakes because some collected handshakes are equal like Safari 18.4 (macOS 15.4/iOS 18.4)

Probably indenting needs to change

• If it's a bigger change: I added myself to CREDITS.md (alphabetical order) and the change to CHANGELOG.md
