This patch fixes Phase 2 live path audit issues, resolves merge-conflicts, consolidates gating (PHASE2_KILL_SWITCH, PHASE2_LIVE_MODE, PHASE2_LIVE_WALLET_CONFIGURED), removes unused imports, and adds AUDIT.md and FIX_PLAN.md to guide ongoing fixes. It also introduces a robust unit-test suite for edge logic and Phase 2 sandbox exploration. This work prepares Phase 2 for a clean handoff to Phase 3 gating. Please review and merge into main when ready.
