Integration test and cleanup

• Setup backing services to run and support pnpm test:integration
• Add a script that tests the protocol
• Provide a once event method on the sdk
• Incorporate wasm build into sdk
• Remove mdns as we are not using it anyway
• Fixes a bunch of build warnings which users might see as things are compiing

Note this merely provides basic unverified encryption as a primitive as that is all we need for the hello world template. We can also add verified greco versions later. This is so a user need not deal with FHE libraries.
