- added frontmatter markdown capabilities - generates HTML chunks for each chapter (md file) - fixing some deprecated method - add header for pdf pages
Added `header` config parameter for defining the css style for the page header. If the key `header` is not defined in the configuration the page header will be not rendered.

To allow the page header rendering:
