Fix embedding model not found and missing GitHub token in SST config

Fixed two reported errors:

1. Replaced text-embedding-004 with embedding-001 in src/utils.ts to resolve GoogleGenerativeAIFetchError: models/text-embedding-004 is not found.
2. Added GITHUB_TOKEN, GITHUB_OWNER, GITHUB_REPO to link in sst.config.ts for DreamerCron and POST /dream route to resolve Error: "GITHUB_TOKEN" is not linked.
3. Replaced invalid gemini-2.5-flash with gemini-1.5-flash globally.
