Post-release surface sweep for v0.18.0:

  • docs/index.html: the "Coming soon" roadmap was the biggest trust hit —
Codex support marked "next" (shipped 0.13/0.14), token metrics and the
agent skill unmarked (both shipped). Shipped items flip to done with
honest one-liners; the open list is the real roadmap (showcase trace,
conversation dump, timed replay). The sessions feature card now tells
the 0.18 story (rail, epochs, compaction boundaries, superseded
    exchanges), en + zh.
  • llms.txt: agent surface updated to the sessions story.
  • README.zh-CN.md: Sessions view naming catch-up.

Known remaining drift, needs a host with a display: the demo gif
(README hero + landing page) is July-7 vintage, two UI generations old.

The landing page's "Coming soon" still listed Codex support as next
(shipped 0.13/0.14) and token metrics / agent skill as unstarted (both
shipped) — stale roadmaps read as abandonment. Shipped items now show
done with what actually shipped; the open list is the real one
(showcase trace next, conversation dump, timed replay). The sessions
feature card tells the 0.18 story: the rail, epochs, compaction
boundaries, superseded exchanges — en and zh.

llms.txt (the agent surface) gets the same sessions story: what the
reconstruction shows AND what the harness rewrote (/model, /compact,
injected exchanges). README.zh-CN catches up on the Sessions view
naming.
