feature: update wace interface

what

• change configstore Get function behavior and add New and Clean methods.
• add a new HTTPPayload type
• change payloads from strings to HTTPPayload in order to avoid re parsing in model plugins
• update old versions

why

• WACE initialization process wasn't clear enough regarding to the configstore behavior.
• model plugins had to parse again the HTTPPayload from a string
• some versions had vulnerabilities
