fix: restore viet-bike-scout TinyFish streaming UX

Summary

• update viet-bike-scout to handle TinyFish snake_case stream fields and COMPLETE-style result payloads
• stream finished shop cards into the UI immediately and surface them above the live browser session grid
• auto-hide finished browser sessions and update the viet-bike-scout docs to match the new event contract

Validation

• cd viet-bike-scout && npm run build
• cd viet-bike-scout && npx eslint src/app/page.tsx src/hooks/use-bike-search.ts src/app/api/search/route.ts
• live nhatrang API smoke test in this repo returned streamed SHOP_RESULT events and SEARCH_COMPLETE
