this adds a new hook
--on-exit <cmd>that is run when the monitor exits onSIGTERM/SIGQUIT. this makes it easier to automate cleanup etc.also unrelated i noticed that the current version in package.json is
1.2.2but the current version in the changelog is1.2.3
