Polishing: Let ball go in an angle

• Ball now bounces at an angle based on where it hits the paddle
• Ball spawns in front of the serving player instead of center
• Press A to serve the ball
• Pause with START (only in solo mode)
• Fixed: ball tunneling through paddles at high speed
• Ball speeds up every 4 paddle hits (up to max speed)
• Hold B for double paddle speed
