🚨 **Severity:** CRITICAL
💡 **Vulnerability:** Management handlers (`discover_models.go`, `test_provider.go`) initialized HTTP clients with `InsecureSkipVerify: true` when a proxy was configured.
🎯 **Impact:** This allows Man-in-the-Middle (MITM) attacks by completely bypassing TLS certificate validation, exposing credentials and potentially returning malicious responses when administrators attempt to test providers or discover models.
🔧 **Fix:** Removed `TLSClientConfig: &tls.Config{InsecureSkipVerify: true}` to enforce standard certificate validation.
✅ **Verification:** Run `gosec ./...` to verify `G402` is resolved. Run `go test ./... -short` to ensure no regressions.
