💡 What: Replaced fmt.Sprintf and string concatenations in BuildOpenAIStreamChunkFast and BuildOpenAIStreamFinishChunkFast with manual byte slice allocation and append(). Added a non-allocating JSON escape function jsonEscapeStringToBuf.
🎯 Why: To reduce heap allocations in a hot path, since stream handlers emit hundreds/thousands of these chunks per request.
📊 Impact: Reduces allocations significantly from 16 allocs/op to 3 allocs/op, and decreases operation latency from ~2300 ns/op to ~822.1 ns/op, as verified by Go benchmarks.
🔬 Measurement: Go benchmarks show a drop from 16 allocs/op to 3 allocs/op for stream chunk building.

Removed the unused `jsonEscapeString` wrapper to pass golangci-lint check.
