iOS (Swift) + Android (Kotlin) UniFFI bindings over core/mobile-sdk, sample consumers, packaging scripts, and mobile-sdk CI. Pure-additive. Validated: regenerated bindings are byte-identical to committed artifacts (scripts/generate-mobile-sdk-bindings.sh), cargo test mobile-sdk green from Slice 1. Slice 3 of the skills-bridge-swift -> develop merge plan. Pure-additive: UniFFI Swift/Kotlin bindings over core/mobile-sdk (landed in Slice 1), sample consumers, packaging scripts, and mobile-sdk CI.
Validation: regenerated bindings via scripts/generate-mobile-sdk-bindings.sh are byte-identical to the committed artifacts (reproducible from the crate); core/mobile-sdk cargo tests green from Slice 1. No workspace/manifest changes (sdk/ is Swift/Kotlin, not a cargo member). AGENTS.md updated with sdk/ rows.
Depends on: Slice 1 (merged). Independent of Slices 2/4.
