…orts (Slice 5a) Brings the original rust-core-native-shells PRD/roadmap/test-spec/ADR, capability matrix, core boundaries, adapter contracts, validation reports + signoff template, and the runtime-validation script from skills-bridge-swift. Pure-additive docs. Deferred to a follow-up: skills/ -> Skills/ casing canonicalization (the lowercase name is hardcoded in pbxproj, the bundle build-phase script, SkillManager/SkillStore, and the ~/.skilly/skills/ user-install path) — needs a scoped decision, not a blind rename. Slice 5 (docs half) of the skills-bridge-swift -> develop merge plan. Pure-additive: the original rust-core-native-shells PRD/roadmap/test-spec/ADR, capability matrix, core boundaries, adapter contracts, validation reports, signoff template, and the runtime-validation script.
Deferred (Slice 5b): the skills/ -> Skills/ casing change. Investigation showed lowercase skills/ is hardcoded in project.pbxproj, the bundle copy build-phase, SkillManager/SkillStore, and the ~/.skilly/skills/ user-install path (which must stay lowercase to not orphan existing users' skills). That's a scoped rename decision, not part of this docs slice.
Independent of all other slices.
