https://guides.rubyonrails.org/autoloading_and_reloading_constants.html#use-case-2-during-boot-load-code-that-remains-cached に https://github.com/hotwired/turbo-rails が例示されていて、 https://github.com/hotwired/turbo-rails/blob/main/lib/turbo/engine.rb なので、 autoload_once_paths に足すのが正解かも
