Enhance OSCAR CI/CD workflow to test and extract container logs

Updated .github/workflows/deploy-and-test.yml to support the new containerized architecture by validating the reachability of both the main backend port (8282) and the Caddy proxy (443). Also added a routine to export all Docker container logs to a folder and attach them as a downloadable workflow artifact alongside internal application logs, improving test debugging capabilities for versioned releases.
