- Remove Flutter SDK dependency, now a pure Dart package - Require Dart SDK >=3.0.0 <4.0.0 - Convert all part/part of directives to modern import/export - Replace describeEnum() with Dart 3 .name property - Use enhanced enums for PayloadType and RelayEventType - Adopt sealed class hierarchy for UhstException - Replace flutter_lints with lints package - Update http to v1.2.0, universal_html to v2.2.4 - Replace Travis CI with GitHub Actions - Update doc workflow to latest action versions - Remove extensions directory (no longer needed) BREAKING CHANGE: Requires Dart 3.0.0+. The http ^1.2.0 and test ^1.25.0 packages require Dart >=3.3.0 and >=3.4.0 respectively. Bump SDK minimum to 3.4.0 and use lints ^4.0.0 which is compatible with this constraint. https://claude.ai/code/session_01TSuuNPCfuHL3E8o2w54ZRs
