@valderman I thought let's release all the version bumps proactively before the other PRs get through. Currently the latest hackage version seems to fail to resolve, which is certainly an issue.

This basically just releases master with the accumulated fixes, and adds the few extra version bumps from #200 .

If the review is OK I'll do the upload ASAP.

@wolfgangwalther Yes it's in the process. I forgot to bump the subpackage versions (stupid me) and I'm traveling this week. If nothing goes wrong, the updated selda shall land in hackage during next week.

Yesss we're solving minor related permission trouble (I can upload the main selda but not the backends :D ). Main selda is in candidates now. I postponed the whole thing one more time for consistency.
