Closes #19. Removes bench's vendored
include/plot/+ the plot-only examples/tests (now in vargalabs/plots). bench consumes plot viafind_package(plot CONFIG QUIET);bench::svg_sink+ its example/test are gated onplot_FOUNDso the core builds without plot. Verified: core 4/4 (plot absent), 5/5 + svg_sink (plot installed via temp prefix). CI stays core-only until plot is installable in CI.
