Bagimsiz iki review (Claude code-reviewer + silent-failure-hunter) sonrasi major bulgularin duzeltimi: - ADIM 8 GATE I eklendi (machine-checkable verification): .mcp.json varligi + basic-memory/codex entry + Docbase/memory vault dizini + basic-memory kurulum kaliciligi. Onceden Teammate 5 vault init sessizce basarisiz olsa bile BOOTSTRAP_COMPLETE yazilabiliyordu (fail-loud prensibi ihlali). NOT-APPLIED dedigim #4 karari hatali idi. - uv python find silent-failure (Codex'in #2 bulgusunun aile geneli tekrari): uv python list --only-installed deterministik yerel kontrol + __PY_312_OK__ / __PY_312_INSTALL_FAILED__ marker'lari ile ag hatasi ile kurulu-degil ayrimi yapilir. stderr yutulmaz. - Teammate 5 vault init spec'i: catisma tespiti project list --json ile (locale-safe), VAULT_DIR canonical path quoted ($(cd .. && pwd -P)), ayni path'e isaret eden mevcut kayit idempotent atlanir. Race-safe + bosluk/symlink path korumasi. - PROJECT.md.skeleton vault gizliligi notu duzeltildi: Codebase .gitignore yerine ../Docbase/memory/ (vault gercek konumu).
