Adds Galahad role

Sees both Merlin and the Assassin tagged as Merlin/Assassin?

Some css changes:

Splits the combined roles+cards button group into separate spy, resistance, and cards sections, with hover popovers showing role descriptions
old button group remains as fallback for backwards compatibility
