benchmark: add tpcds sf1000 velodb

Summary

• add TPC-DS SF1000 VeloDB benchmark config, DDL, session and analyze SQL
• add 24-table load SQL for S3, insert-into, and Trino source modes
• add 103 TPC-DS query SQL files for file-mode benchmark runs

Verification

• git diff --cached --check
• yq eval . benchmarks/tpcds/sf1000/velodb/benchmark.yaml
• bash -n benchmark.sh
• checked load directory counts: load_s3=24, insert_into=24, insert_into_trino=24; query SQL count=103

Notes

• Did not run a live benchmark because FE/S3 credentials and target cluster are environment-specific.
