feat(eve): add provider-neutral AI lifecycle bridge

Summary

First step toward local tracing in eve dev.

This PR lands the provider-neutral lifecycle primitives needed to translate AI SDK telemetry callbacks into eve-owned events:

• Per-attempt createAiSdkHookBridge(scope, hooks)
• Typed hooks.publish, hooks.before, and hooks.after
• Related model/tool lifecycle state
• Composable execution-context adapters
• WeakMap-backed attempt state
• Error and abort terminalization
• Provider failure isolation and exact-once execution tests

Scope

This PR does not integrate local tracing into the runtime or emit traces. The new bridge is intentionally unused.

Follow-up PRs will connect these primitives to a private local OTel provider, persist traces, and expose inspection tooling without changing existing production instrumentation behavior or relying on Workflow tracing.
