fix(eve): package resolution - resolve installed files from bundled hosts

Summary

• resolve the installed eve manifest through Node module resolution when generated hosts execute outside the package
• distinguish source checkouts and direct dist execution using verified package structure instead of pathname text
• reject unrelated consumer manifests and retain a verified-package fallback
• add real-filesystem regression coverage for bundled hosts and misleading packages/eve consumer paths

Verification

• package-location integration tests: 7 passed
• related package unit tests: 8 passed
• pnpm fmt
• pnpm lint
• pnpm typecheck
• pnpm guard:invariants

Windows integration CI provides the native platform validation for the customer-reported failure.

Supersedes #949 while preserving its diagnosis and approach.
