Summary

normalize cron metadata in each generated eve service before Vercel assembles the project output
prefix named-agent cron routes and deduplicate identical entries without disturbing unrelated service config
document that local vercel build needs Vercel CLI 56.4.0 or later for service cron assembly

Verification

real vercel build scenario with two named agents plus an existing host cron produces exactly three project-level cron entries
focused helper integration tests
pnpm build

pnpm typecheck
pnpm test
pnpm docs:check
pnpm guard:invariants
