Merge main to nesch_branch to get folder structure
This reverts commit 0529d8e.
This reverts commit cb3a714. Remove changes made to commands.md. Neeltje is already working on that document in her branch. I wanted to create an action point/issue but this feature is disabled in the github repo to ask Neeltje to complete the commands.md and that I would complete the concepts.md, asking to review eachothers document before merging.
