A full-featured admin panel where staff at every level — admins, supervisors, reviewers, and developers — operate within clearly defined access boundaries. The platform centralises everything the team needs: tracking enquiries from first contact to closure, managing customer records, reviewing applications, monitoring live staff presence, and maintaining visibility across all platform activity.
The interface features a collapsible role-aware sidebar, a real-time Singapore time header with live trend graphs and task indicators, and seamless module switching without page reloads. Built to replace a fragmented multi-tool workflow with a single, purpose-built operations hub.
