`m arch check` now reads the meta root-first, so v-stdlib declares its layer in the root `repo.meta.json` instead of `dist/repo.meta.json` — the standardized "one meta artifact, one location". No gate referenced the dist path (only a Makefile comment + CLAUDE.md), so this is a clean relocation. Updated both refs. Verified: `m arch check .` resolves layer v from root + passes meta-shape validation; fmt/lint clean. Establishes docs/memory/ and records the owed fileViaDie^VSLSEED filer (the v-layer carry-over from the STDSEED G2 decision). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
