Works in principle, however this should ideally be resolved by rosdep instead of a manual apt installation.
Add an explicit dependency on the navigation2 meta-package in arena_simulation_setup/package.xml and verify that it still correctly resolves the dependency.

Problem Description
The current state of code leads to an error during
arena launchsince thenav2_waypoint_followeris not found. The commit fixes this error by installing the necessary package.Expected Behavior
If the
rvizwindow opens when you runarena launch, the error has been resolved by this commit.
