What changed

Add docs/INSTALL_FOR_AGENTS.md: a numbered, imperative install checklist for agents (detect host, install-mcp, verify capabilities, init/status, source add, propose-claim, pending, human-only approve). Link it from llms.txt and clarify that getting-started.md is the human-oriented walkthrough.

Why

Closes #329. Agents dropped into a fresh project need a machine-followable, host-agnostic install path with explicit assertions on real CLI commands and a smoke test that respects the human review gate.

Nothing. Docs-only; no on-disk layout, object model, or kb.* behavior changes.
