Recent assistant query buckets surfaced repeated, unanswered questions about whether
BEST_DEALtakes precedence over stacking configuration, and about what the loyalty campaign points summary on the dashboard contains. Both were verifiable against the OpenAPI spec and existing loyalty docs.
