[codex] Handoff Vulca PPT case pack source pack

Summary

• Publishes the Vulca PPT case-pack branch as a source-pack handoff, not as a finished presentation delivery.
• Adds the parallel usecase pilot package under docs/product/ppt-parallel-usecase-pilots/, including Deck A commercial case, Deck B Vulca strategy, Deck C workflow demo, source boundaries, claim spines, visual briefs, generation prompts, QA prompts, Superpowers prompts, and Gemini-agent prompts.
• Adds scripts/generate_ppt_parallel_usecase_pilot_decks.mjs as the local generator harness for PPTX, previews, contact sheets, QA notes, and an HTML viewer.
• Updates the handoff README and generator outputs to mark the package as source-pack-handoff-ready-render-blocked, so downstream users do not confuse generated PPTX drafts with public-ready decks.

• Start at docs/product/ppt-parallel-usecase-pilots/README.md.
• Use deck-briefs.md to compare the three concepts.
• Use each deck directory for the six-file Markdown contract: research brief, deck brief, claim spine, visual brief, generation prompt, and QA prompt.
• Use prompts/superpowers-parallel-deck-prompts.md and prompts/gemini-agent-prompt-pack.md to continue the work with parallel agents and review gates.
• Run the generator locally with node scripts/generate_ppt_parallel_usecase_pilot_decks.mjs; generated outputs/ artifacts remain untracked.

Quality State

• Source pack: ready for collaborator handoff.
• Generated PPTX drafts: render-blocked. They are structurally generated but visually not good enough for presentation use.
• Current blocker: replace the generic renderer with one usecase-specific deck pass, likely Deck C for Vulca workflow proof or Deck A for a commercial AI-product case.

Validation

• node --check scripts/generate_ppt_parallel_usecase_pilot_decks.mjs -> pass
• node scripts/generate_ppt_parallel_usecase_pilot_decks.mjs --dry-run -> pass, three decks parsed with six slides each
• required six Markdown files exist for Deck A, Deck B, and Deck C
• audience-facing deck files banned-term scan -> no matches
• git diff --check -> pass
• node scripts/generate_ppt_parallel_usecase_pilot_decks.mjs -> pass, local PPTX/previews/contact sheets/QA generated
• python3 scripts/validate_pptx_delivery.py ... -> Deck A/B/C each returned internal-demo-ok-public-blocked
• gemini-agent diff-review --smart-diff -> pass, with the remaining render-blocked caveat documented

Release State

Draft PR. Keep as draft until a human-reviewed visual redesign produces a public-ready deck candidate.
