This removes all content after the sotd from the body of the documents under
test/docs, except for the back-to-top link and fixup script reference. The removed content has no bearing on pubrules checks, and was adding a lot of noise that is further amplified when new text fixtures are copy-pasted from existing ones.In addition to reducing noise, I found this noticeably speeds up the Basics test suite by nearly 250ms on my machine.
