R: Ensure that this user has provided the same mail address on both platform

Q: Does the bot send team invitation if an user is not on Slack?

R: Not since 2.x.y releases according to Slack requirements. Team invitation is not official and supported endpoint. See release note 2.0.0 for extra information.

Q: I've installed the bot and able to pull Slack information but SeAT scheduled job is not working

R: Clear redis cache using php seat cache:clear and restart supervisor service.
