SimpleFTPSync 1.2.0 - continued

SimpleFTPSync 1.2.0 is the first public community revival release.

Highlights:

• recovered the original plugin source from the released 1.1 jar
• restored a clean Maven project layout
• added recursive FTP, FTPS, and SFTP directory sync support
• added /sfs run and safer /sfs reload scheduling behavior
• added changed-file-only sync with checksum-based detection
• added include/exclude patterns for sync entries
• added stricter SFTP known-host verification
• added repository docs, changelog, release checklist, and GitHub Actions build workflow
