These libraries conflict with mesa in buildroot, so you cannot compile mesa, which I need to do at present until we can find a working video driver.
Makes the libraries optional, with the default to ON so no changes are needed.
Make libPlayerAPIs optional as well, particularly for the 64-bit compile.
