§3.4 CLAUDE.md catch-up missed in the M1.0.3 tag PR (and not applied since early Phase 0). Five edits: État courant table, +15 Tags rows (M0.0→M1.0.3), Phase 0.6 IPC debts collapsed to a resolved note, footer date, removal of the stale narrative Status block. No source change.
