2a09c6a could be a step towards a global Risotto-module for creating a complete Risotto-project (folder-structure, risotto-folder) from commandline, e.g.:
4fb51f2 is a module for adding and checking cli-flags/-parameters while initializing Risotto.
Most of the other commits are already included and working in 'ticketing2'
